Googik Heritage Walking Track Project Completed

PDG Laurie Barber sitting on a new Rotary bench along the Googik Heritage Walking Track. This was a suggestion from Laurie to provide a resting-spot for those walking the track. The club was successful in applying for a Rotary District Grant for four seats. With this funding six benches were installed by NSW Parks & Wildlife. Ranger Andrew Marshall wrote – “Many thanks again for the very generous donation from Rotary. I have absolutely no doubt they’ll be enjoyed by many of the visitors to the Googik Heritage Walking Track, hopefully for many years.” – report submitted by PP Gil Padarin-Innes
