BOOK STORE OPENING

For more than 20 years the Rotary Club of Port Macquarie has been collecting pre-loved books that are surplus to people’s needs or storage capacity.

Each year, hundreds of books are donated to Rotary and although some are not suitable for resale due to their condition, most are and a very successful Giant Book Sale has been held each year in Panthers auditorium.  More books are collected than can possibly be sold in a three day sale.

So, Rotary will now open its Book Store at Hamilton Green, 198 Hastings River Drive each Saturday (and SUNDAY during School Holidays) from 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Each week, new stock will be added and if you are looking for a particular book or author, let the team know and they will help if they can.

All monies raised are used to fund youth programs and community projects.
